Shake, Rattle and Roll
The Sansa Shaker gets its name from its most exciting feature--the ability to jump to the next song by simply shaking the device. You can also use the colorful controller bands for advancing/rewinding and changing volume. Kids ages 8 and up can have a blast with their favorite songs. Even the system sounds are fun, with an 'Uh-Oh' sound indicating a low battery, and other sound effects.

Adding Music
Adding music is simple. Just twist open the cap of your Shaker and connect to your PC via the included USB cable. The device will appear as a drive in your Windows Explorer. Just drag and drop the songs you want. Shakers are compatible with Windows XP, and require Windows Media Player 10 or later.

Rating: - * Didn't last long, only plays mp3s, could be more user friendly ... Got this for my daughters 7th birthday. It was pretty fun, but several negatives. --Lasted under two weeks, no damage. turns on but will not play --Only plays music in MP3 format. this was a problem for me because I have some of my music and Free Audio books from the library are in WMA format. -- You have to hold the play button while you shake it to change songs. Sometimes this doesnt work out and just puts the music on pause. Dont let this scare you away from SanDisk players however, I have a Sansa Clip that I love (better than my Ipod)! Rating: - * Great little piece of gear! ... My 9-year-old daughter saved up her allowance, and after several weeks of researching and pondering printed-out photos, she settled on and ordered this little MP3 player. It's fantastic. Easy to work, and smaller than I expected. It fits easily in her bookbag, so she can listen to it when waiting in the carpool lane after school. The built-in speaker is a HUGE plus, and has pretty good sound, really, for such a little thing ... definitely better than my laptop speaker, which is what I was expecting. Rating: - * great! ... It's very easy to use as long as you have Windows Media Player 10 or later. Rating: - * The sandisk shaker is a winner with my grand daughter ... I looked long and hard to find an mp3 player that could be easily loaded and operated by y 6 year old grand daughter. The shaker was just the thing. It's single buttln operation is easy to use and it loads by just copying mp3 files onto it's mempory card. After spending 2 hours trying to get another brand to work, I finally took it back and found the shaper. It's great for smaller children and even for adults. It was also the most reasonable priced one I could find available.
