Rating:  - * Downgrading my previous review ... In general, this is a pretty wonderful phone - it is good looking, nice smooth case, great graphics, easy phone book, but it fails in a crucial way: The range for the additional handset is horrible. Just two rooms away and it goes from good, to cutting out, to cutting off. This is about 50% of the time, making it very unreliable for my office. My only other negative comment is that it is so flat and slim that it is impossible to hold it in the crook of your shoulder unless you are a contortionist. Almost perfect, but if you want additional handsets, this is not the phone for you. Rating:  - * GET THIS PHONE ... HAVE OWNED THEM ALL-PHILLIPS-SEIMENS.THIS IS A GREAT PHONE-THE SETUP ON IT IS LIKE A CELL PHONE-VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE.GREAT CLARITY-MODESTLY PRICED.WIFE & I BOTH LOVE IT-IMAGINE THAT.BUY THIS PHONE-YOU'LL LOVE IT. I like the phones, i bought, however, i thought it was three phones, and not four. went to website to try and return the fourth phone, filled out form and still have not received a reply, needless to say, i am a very unhappy customer, stuck with a phone i dont need and cant return. no stars from me! Rating: - * Pretty Great Phone! ... I purchased and returned two different sets of suposedly DECT 6.0 phones from GE before finally doing some research and finding this phone on sale. It is a very attractive phone, has terrific range, and very clear reception. The hands-free setting and intercom/paging settings are superb and are great for my three story house when you don't feel like screaming or just can't find one of the phones. I think they are slightly overpriced, as the full screen color display is nothing to write home about (or at least I can't figure out how to do much with it oter than change the colors), but all in all, this is likely the best phone on the market right now of it's kind. Rating: - * very good overall ... We bought these to replace 5.8GHz V-Techs that were 3 years old. The V-Techs have worked great except the batteries keep losing the connection because the covers have become loose. The new Pani's work great. Quiet, good range, some cool ring tones and they look great. The only issue I have is the number you've dialed is not displayed once you hit talk. If you're like me and dial the number and hit talk all in one step, you don't know if you've dialed it properly until someone answers. |
