Rating: - * Happy with purchase ... When I initially received my Grace Radio, it worked for 10 min. and then died. Nothing I could do would make it start again. I returned it to Amazon, which was a very easy experience. They paid return UPS postage, and I printed out a label to affix to the box from them. They immediately mailed my replacement before receiving the defective one. The new one works fine. No yucky stickers were on my radio. I had difficulty accessing my downloaded music from the computer on the Grace radio. It took me awhile to figure out, but my problem was I was running Norton 360 all-in-one security software, and under "my network" Norton had made the Grace's default security "default protected". Once I changed the trust level to "full trust", both Windows Media Player and Realplayer files were read by the Grace. I cannot use the Grace in my bedroom as it will not pick up my internet signal at that distance. I'm using a Linksys WRT 160N Ultra Range Plus router. When I tell people about the Grace radio, they always say they didn't know such a thing was available, and are kind of interested in it. Since we use this all the time, I'm thinking of getting the extended warranty just in case. I'm happy with my purchase. Rating: - * This is the future of radio! ... I can't say enough good things about this product. If you're looking a radio that will play any internet radio station in the world without a computer, this should be your choice. The setup is easy (even with an encrypted router), the audio quality is much better than one would expect, and the radio is very easy to use and navigate. I also like the display and all the information that is shown. If your favorite station isn't one of the 10,000+ already available in this radio, you can easily add it in via the reciva.com website, which just like the radio is very easy to navigate. Radiophiles will LOVE this WiFi radio!! Only two negatives I think of: 1) There is no battery option. This unit must be plugged into the wall. 2) For whatever reason, the stickers attached to the radio are very difficult to remove. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives! You will NOT be disappointed with this unit! Rating: - * Great Radio 1st Time Wi_Fi Purchase ... After doing my home work I decided I would try this radio out. It arrived yesterday and works well with so much to listen too. IM a bit disappointed in Amazon as it appears the NEW Grace I bought was either reconditioned or sent back to them by another purchaser and then resent to me. Why do I say this? Well all the reports about the infamous sticker removals does not apply to me. Why? Because there was not one sticker on my Grace and where the sticker(s) should have been there were rub marks that I can almost remove but they are still some what visible. There was also no literature that pertains to the Pandora 30 day free trial! That was no biggie to me but sending me a used radio when I paid for a new one is just not right and will sure make me think twice before I purchase from Amazon again. Very disappointing considering all the money I spend with Amazon. Shipping service was fine, just not the used radio! Other than that this radio is a keeper in my eyes. It took me about 20 minutes to set up due to my network restrictions I had in place on my Belkin router. The connection was timing out and once I saw that I knew why. So I retrieved the MAC address from the Grace configure menu and added that to my router settings and I was good to go. The audio quality was just fine and obviously dependent on the bit rate received from the station I choose to listen too! Over all IM very happy with the radio but disappointed in what appears to be a 2nd hand one. I would Highly recommend the Grace! Rating: - * Fantastic ... This is just a great product! I cannot believe the clarity and the number of stations you can receive. It is very well made and easy to setup. I am going to buy two for friends this Christmas. My only complaint is the stickers they put on the radio and how long it takes to remove them. Rating: - * Everything worked fine -- BUT ... Everything worked fine in the same room as my modem. But my bedroom 2 floors, 40' above my modem - it would not maintain a signal.
