Design
The Zen sports a 2.5-inch TFT color display with 320 x 240-pixel resolution and support for up to 16.7 million colors. This razor sharp display is packaged in a device that weighs just 2.1 ounces and measures 3.26 x 2.16 x .44 inches (W x H x D). The internal battery powers the Zen for up to 25 hours of continuous audio playback and up to five hours of continuous video playback. Use the Zen's SD slot to expand your portable media library with music, photos and videos stored on your SD card. There's also a handy built-in microphone for capturing notes on the go.

Features
Load up up your favorite songs, as well as your album art, and get going with the Zen. The device supports iTunes Plus tracks from the iTunes store and MP3 and WMA tracks. Subscription and pay-per-download music services are supported, as well. Discover, save, and play millions of songs when subscribing to services such as Yahoo Music Unlimited and Napster To Go. I bought this flash player as a replacement for my Ipod Video (first gen), and so far, everything about it is better. I never was a fan of ipod and their tendancy to break. This mp3 player so far seems more durable even though its more plastic-y. Music, video, radio...it all works perfect, and the screen is excellent too (very bright and sharp).

The only downside about this is that it doesn't have some of the cool, modern features you can find in other flash players, like the samsung p2. It doesn't have a touch screen, or a unique way to navigate through the menus. It seems like its technology is a little bit behind some of the others available.

Overall, I would recommend it over an ipod. Excellent mp3 player.

Rating: - * As Good as an iPod ...
I happened to buy this one as a gift[..]. I've had mine for quite a while (maybe a year), and so far I haven't had a single problem out of it. The battery life is still great, and the picture it gives is really sharp. I would recommend this product if all you want is an mp3 player and don't want to take out a second mortgage to buy an iPod.

Rating: - * The perfect MP3 player ...
This is everything one could want in an MP3/mini video player. It is small, yet has a large screen. The picture is beautiful, and the sound is great! I only have 2 complaints, it does not work with Linux and it does not support Ogg files. I still give it 5 stars, as most MP3 players do not.

If you are thinking of an iPod, save your money, all of my friends switched to Zen after seeing it, except for my friend with the iPhone.

Rating: - * Ok in the short-run, not in the long-run. ...
This product was very good while it lasted. Unfortunately it froze one day with no warning and I had to return it. I sent it in under the manufacturer's warranty, and had the repaired player sent back to me quickly. It was good again for maybe six months and has since frozen again.

The player also scratches very easily. The screen protector would have been a good investment, but by the time I thought of it there were too many scratches to really make it worth it.
