Rating: - * immediately dissappointing sound quality ... no bass at all even for some good old rock n roll, hate the automatic adjusting of the volume, i'm returning these immediatly. Rating: - * Amazing sound but a bit bass-heavy ... The sound quality of these little speakers is incredible. How they get so much bass out of such small enclosures is a mystery. That said, the speakers are too bass heavy. I have to crank the bass control on my sound card all the way down and the treble control all the way up to get an acceptable balance. This is why they get four instead of five stars. HOWEVER, I am still pleased with these PC speakers and highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality output from inexpensive speakers with a small desktop footprint. Rating: - * Big money. Big name. Small sound. ... These speakers sound like a pair I would expect to pay about $10 for. $99 is ridiculous. All you are buying is the Bose name. I've heard Bose makes good speakers, but not these. I took mine back and got the Creative T-20s. Rating: - * Clear Crisp Sound ... I have been very pleased with these speakers. I have always had a good experience with Bose and these work great with my new Mac setup. Rating: - * amazing sound, but... ... expensive, try to find them on sale somewhere, i got mine for 73 plus 8 shipping...nothing beats bose in terms of sound... perfect size.
